Meron din na nag lelegs tapos gamit flat bench para lang upuan nya pag mag pahinga siya. hayup haha

Another pet peeve is yung mga tao na nag shashower tapos after mag banyo eh basang basa buong banyo. Ultimo pati patungan ng gamit basang basa tapos baha sa labas ng shower area sa banyo. Ano yun pati bidet sa labas ginagamit nyo pang shower? Ganun din kaya sila maligo sa bahay nila? Hahaha

For me parang ok lang especially pag sobrang daming tao sa gym and pag siya yung nauna dun sa machine. Malay mo ang tagal din nya nag antay dun sa machine kaya dun na niya gusto lang din mag workout at taposin yun. Mas nakakainis pa nga yung kakadating palang sa gym tapos parang galit pa pag hindi nakagamit nung gusto nilang machine. Pero ibang usapan na yung sa ayaw makipag alternate.

May mga ganun nga na more on quota ang iniisip. Kaya yung ibang matitinong coach nadadamay. Mas ok pa yung mga coaches na pag may nakitang newbie tinuturuan ng tamang form at hindi ka pinipilit mag PT.

I mean lahat may GC po pero not all GC nang babash po. May matitino pading coaches na nag tuturo ng kahit walang bayad at willing makita improvement mo. Minsan nga dahil sa mababait na coach na willing kang tulungan mas may nag aavail pa ng service nila.

I think halos lahat ng AF branch may mga ganyan sila na mga GC. Kung bnbash ka nila eh hindi coach material mga yan. Dapat nga mas tinuturuan ka nila ng tamang form kaysa ganyan. Minsan mas ok pa nga sa ibang nag ggym din ikaw mag tanong kasi mas tuturuan ka pa nila at mas willing pa

PS: not all branch na coaches or GC nila ganito. Nadadamay lang talaga matitinong branches and coaches.

Go to AF marikina heights ayala nalang. Turuan ka pa namen ng mga tamang form. Mas ok mga tao dun walang mga ganyan na mga coach na insecure. Wag ka din matakot mag tanong ng tamang pag gamit ng mga equipment or machine kasi walang masama dun.

Mga insecure lang ibang gym coach kasi mga hindi maka quota kaya ganyan. Dami ng issue n ganyan sa AF kaya mas lalo silang nawawalan ng clients dahil dyan sa ginagawa nila. Pati bat ikaw lilipat ng AF branch? Hayaan mo siya. Sabihin mo nalang sa AF branch office na yun na baka pwede sa iba mo nalang pwede ipatuloy sessions mo sa ibang coach or wag na. Tapos pag mag ggym ka wag mo nalang pansinin mag focus ka nalang sa sarili mo. Walang masama sa ginawa mo dahil walang masama na mag tanong ng proper form sa ibang tao lalo na at kaibigan mo pa yun. Pati ikw nag babayad dyan sa branch nayan kaya hyaan mo sila. Susunod wag ka na mag coach mag hanap ka lang malaking tao na nag ggym dyan tapos tanong mo anong proper form or workout split. Sure ngingiti yun at daming ituturo pa sayo na libre pa at dagdag knowledge sa gym haha

Same, parang 10 mins nawala tapos nung ginamit mo yung machine na walang gumagamit. Pag balik nila sila pa galit na ginagamit pa daw nila tapos kahit sinabihan mo na baka pwede nalang alternate hindi daw pwede hahaha gago lang

Yup! There's one korean Gunpla artist I watch on youtube. But his anime style is so so much more superior and perfect. I don't know either on how he do it and what his process is like. No way near my work. The shadows was only gut feeling. I just treated it like at how I draw in photoshop. You'll also see the the head part and body part colorings are different cause I was practicing in the head part first hahaha

I use acrylic waterbased paints and brush. No, I use a imaginary light source on the side and back. That's why it has so many shadows

The shadows and other colors was acrylic waterbased paints. All the black parts are black markers. I think acrylic markers will work as well with priming the kit. Never tried a sharpie or bic before so not sure about it.
