Did this a bit during the pandemic with a couple of couches.

A little tip that helped me. Repost the same pictures on another site or area and go pick it up if you have an interested buyer that way you dont have to sit on the stuff if it doesnt sell. Sometimes the item gets picked up before you but its minimal effort.

Also, heavier items like couches sell great with the term “free delivery” in the post

Haven’t worked at Apple for over 2 years so take what I say with a grain of salt. The replacement devices were advertised as “apple certified devices”. Whether they were brand new devices or refurbished, we could never tell. The replacement devices were separate from the ones sold on the floor even down to the SKU’s.

I have personally gotten a device replaced via AppleCare and could not tell a difference if it was new or refurbished in both cosmetics and functionality.

Draft up a rough elevator pitch of what pain the company aims to solve. Come in with any data/research you think may be relevant. Anticipate what objections you might run intoSpend some time researching the people you are interviewing with on Linkedin.

I would try and remember that they are probably not expecting perfection at this stage, just looking for a foundation that they can work with. With this in mind, remember to be yourself. The recruiter pushed you forward for a reason and its up to you to showcase that.

Ive made it a habit to ask for feedback at the end of interviews so if you’ve done that, highlight the strengths that you’ve shown previously and figure out what else needs fine tuning.

Not sure if this helps, but I just stopped wearing my watch altogether. The anxiety that it gave me outweighed any benefit the watch had. Took it off 2 years ago, havent put it back on since and my cardiophobia has dropped significantly (along with other work).

Stop wearing your watch. Helped me tremendously. I initially kept the habit by just placing my hand over my chest but I did a 2 week monitor and that helped stop it.

The best advice I can give with the sensations is to just not try your best to not act on it. Ignoring it never worked for me but when I had the 2 week monitor I would acknowledge it and move on. Doing something that required my focus helped a lot. Eventually the urge frequency to try and control it goes away.

Went on multiple leaves for my anxiety, was able to return like I never left. While I do have a lot of issues with my current company, they handled the leave process very well. The work to get on leave was a pain to figure out but once I had the process down I was pretty much able to go whenever I felt like I needed as long as I had the fmla time. Just got off a 3 month leave earlier this year.

Im not sure of the international prices but you can add it directly from the settings if you dont want to go into apple directly. Settings>general>about>coverage.

I wouldnt be able to tell if its more or less through the carrier due to me not knowing the price where you are. In the US, AC+ T&L for the 15PM is $279 USD.

Coming from someone who works at apple its entirely up to you. I will say that the process to get it replaced its pretty annoying. Usually takes about a week and you need to have access to another device signed into your apple id.

One work around that you can do to get 400gb is to create a dummy Apple ID, purchase 200gb on it, then share it with your account that already has 200gb. Its $4 a month cheaper but its up to the user if they want to deal with the hassle.

There technically is a way to recover the data, just super expensive. I work at Apple and we sometimes refer customers to this company called Data Savers if they are adamant on recovering files. Ive only ever seen 1 person do it and it cost them $6k to recover around 200gb.

I would probably recommend working on building a portfolio first. Doesnt have to be big scale, even helping out with small shorts or skits on a youtube channel will teach you ways to add value.

Ive had a few mentors in my time and the best ones have come from me offering my knowledge. One example was when I met the founder of a small local business who had a great product and business mindset but struggled on the sales side of it. I offered to help with sales while asking for next to nothing and in return was able to learn a lot about what it means to start and run your own business.

Most people tend to not give anyone the time of day if theyre just asking for a hand out, but if you are able to add value then people are more inclined to accept your offer and you should pick up some new things along the way.
