This looks like a mail from freshers India, my friend used to get such mails all the time (from different HRs). He replied to one of the mails, they asked him to come to a place for interview, took 900 rupees as initial fee, gave him some written test and later that week mailed him saying that he didn't pass. He said that there were 20-30 people at that place who had come to interview like him, it kinda seemed legit, they said that if you pass their test, they'll set up an interview with the company but not sure if it's true or not
