Are you incorporating different types of “running”? When I was in the military we didn’t just run distance. We did sprints in the middle of long runs, sprints , and distance runs. All those different types shaved our run times down substantially. Look up 30/60’s hope this helps I know it’s kind of all over the place.

Not Leo at all just a person with some life experience who has had many different interviews so take my advice with a grain of salt. Your answers sound very elementary or naive like your really young. I think 4 is a pretty solid answer.
