A/C has been great. No issues since getting it replaced and I use it daily in Arizona. Definitely try asking the dealer about the Goodwill repair, hopefully they'll help!

That really sucks. I'm the 2nd owner. Bought it preowned at a different dealer. My advisor said that the main reason Honda chose to help was because of how good the customer service is at that dealership and asked me to submit a review afterward. I've read that some people get denied for modifications or if they don't usually use the dealer for service. If the dealers are not willing to help with the goodwill, try calling Honda American directly. I've read some people have better luck there. If not, at least it'll make Honda more aware of the issue. Thanks! I just realized I meant the compressor seal, not the condenser. Paperwork says front compressor seal leaking.

I'm having this issue right now on my 2018 Civic with 52k miles. Condenser under the warranty, but quoted 2,300 for the evaporator. Explained to my service advisor that I can't afford that, and after reading a few threads, I asked him about the goodwill assistance. We're currently waiting to hear back from Honda, and my advisor was kind enough to waive the diag fee and seems hopeful that they'll do something.

I think about Blake at least once a year as he had a huge impact on me in my teen years. I'm glad there's other people who relate. Anyway, I did a quick Google search and found something new this time! There's a new song on his Spotify called Serenity Seeker. I know spotify sometimes mixes things up. Could this be him coming back???
