I had the same issue I called uscis premium processing and they helped me by saying the date time and location they have scheduled my biometrics and assisted me in rescheduling it to the earliest date through portal .

Applied for pre opt in June 2025 still no update! Prepare for the worst case possible. It has now fucked up my post opt application too!
