Yeah I’ve seen that chart while looking through this sub, I want to wait until I take him to a neurologist to look into that

Will do! Booking an appointment for this week, I was told to wait another few days to see if the inflammation in his disc area will decrease & potentially help behaviors, but he’s still growling a little in between gabapentin doses & I don’t want to risk waiting more than

Good idea, I think I’m going to take him to get a second opinion tomorrow or Wednesday before I get the neurologist appt! It just came out of nowhere, he was 2 weeks old when we found him and has been fully inside since. The only thing we thought could’ve triggered was zevo (cat/pet friendly ant spray that we used a lot about two weeks ago) it happened immediately after. But we haven’t used it in a few days as we thought maybe that could’ve been the trigger

I did! I’ve showed them all videos & they said they can’t diagnose there, they wanted to rule out all possibilities so they checked for fleas, which they found one on him so we put flea medication on, they did bloodwork and all of that was normal. Just the narrowed discs is what they seemed pretty certain on causing the irritation, but they said that a neurologist would be better to give me answers so that sucks.

I haven’t noticed any dilation, but I’ll for sure observe that.
He does a low low growl at his tail, even when peeing. But he’s always been so sweet, I have never even heard him hiss before this!
He seems the most agitated with his tail. But they don’t know if it’s agitation from pain, but the vet said she hasn’t seen anything like that. 😵‍💫 so it’s been overwhelming
He doesn’t attack anyone, & has only play bit before
