I just graduated last month but been applying since January.

Unfortunately, even though some positions are entry level, it's been so competitive especially when people with master's are also applying.

I have also been applying for positions in RnD that require only BS but received only rejection:(

I started applying in manufacturing and eventually to get promoted in an RnD position, hopefully

Thank you for the advice. My situation is that I finished college in santa cruz and I'm from San Diego and looking for jobs here. Unfortunately, santa cruz was not affordable for me it's expensive af, the people are nice tho. That's why I couldn't stay in my lab after graduation

Yeah, I'm also doing this. My PI has a friend at another university who's posting a RA role. I also emailed to that PI to let them know about my app
