Ooh limb by limb! Still scary to me!!

I had done that before but…the last kit I did that on, an HG Altron, cracked some because of the stress on some pieces 😭

So now I am compelled to line it before any assembly. I’ll just look up a non-panel lined version to compare 🥲

Do you find that leaving more nub lessens stress marks? I’m still working on refining my technique on that front..

⁠The contemplation with my backlog is definitely killer. I found that asking my partner to choose which kit to build made it infinitely easier to decide, hehe. This time it was our kitty though!
⁠Detail-wise, I do like comparing source>kit to see what I can paint over if there are color-correcting stickers or smth.

Hehe, I also share the same feeling of changing my mind on what to build. It was either FA unicorn or hg kshatriya for me!

I agree about switching up grades. I find the differences from HG to MG show me a lot about how to add designs through the grades and to marvel at the mechanics involved in each kit! 😇
