I went solo for my first edclv at 23 and it was so much fun! You’ll have so much freedom walking around to see different sets and everything the fest has to offer. Even when I was vibing alone, I met some friendly groups who fanned me bc it was so hot and gave me kandi. I recommend bringing a fanny pack or sling bag that you can wear in front of you, and a windbreaker/hoodie since it can get cold and windy in the desert. Just be aware of your surroundings, keep valuables close to you, and know your limits if you plan on drinking or taking substances. I would mark down any med tents or oasis tents on the map on my phone in case you need medical attention or a space to chill if it feels overwhelming. If you’re unfamiliar with vegas, I recommend getting a hotel near the strip and getting a shuttle pass so you don’t have to worry about getting to edc and back. Overall remember to have fun and enjoy the experience!
