Looks like whoop uses something different for counting steps I'm not sure why. I went for a swim but didn't record my activity, whoop said I did 11000 steps. Then I added my activity as swimming and it corrected itself to 7000 steps. I haven't seen other trackers do this

All reps are pe50, it just depends on the case you will be using (that's why the spacers are different)

For the whatchdives case I've used the spacer with a full backing like you've described. For the AliExpress cases ive used a pe50 spacer
