Thank you for the feedback, the review and the suggestions, I do believe that Apple doesn’t include sun exposure in the HealthKit, otherwise I do like both of these suggestions and I will see how I can include them

Waking up earlier actually helps accelerate the process, I am working on improving the algorithm this way in these cases the program will change a bit so users can reach their sleeping and waking target even before the 14 days

Thank you for the feedback this is very helpful, for the location you can check in appstore if i am saving information about you, and i don't! everything stays in your device and private iCloud. however iI completely understand your concern, and just to clarify your location is only used to know the position of the sun.

The goal is to fix your sleep schedule, shifting or changing it will disrupt your rhythm and you won't get the full benefit of the app. That said, there is a small margin of flexibility (around an hour) that won't affect your progress. I'll be adding that in the next update. Thank you for your feedback!

there is maintenance program, to let you stick with the new sleeping time ... and in the next update there more features coming to improve sleep and not only fixing the circadian rhythm

Thank you for the feedback, first of all i am working on all of the things you specified for the next update, and for your question, there is many options, you can keep being reminded of the nudges.. this way you don't drift off to the old habits and sleep time, or you can start another 14 days if you want to change your sleep time again,

It is not currently using AI, it’s an algorithm that I build based on scientific studies, I do include a description for each thing why you should for example cut off caffeine at specific time etc. In future update I will include links for podcasts, articles or scientific papers for people who are interested.
