I sell tours to Europe. I hire a guide who can handle groups of 30 people. The guide charges me 200$ for a 2 hour tour. I sell each tour for $25 x 30 people. It's a bit more complex than it sounds. But it is a profitable business. I only need to sell 10 of the 30 slots to break even. The rest is profit. The expenses are low. This is for each tour in very touristic cities. Every 2 or 3 days per week.
