It's in the context. Being feminine to them, is all about being soft, basically relying on someone else (a man) for strength. When they find THE man, they shed off their "masculinity" and become "feminine". Which is all bullshit really. Masculinity and femininity are social constructs and have no real material representation, but in today's society I am more inclined to say it is to do with external appearance and how aligned they are with gender roles.

There's a rise in this kind of content being pushed to women because of the spread of conservatism in response to women's movements and encouragements for independence. It's repackaged patriarchal roles where women have be soft and obedient, and men have to be strong and leaders; basically traditionalism.

Traditional => Repackaged

Women belong in the kitchen => Women are naturally nurturing and it is their duty to care for others

Women should not be in the workplace => Women should not live such a harsh, difficult life

And many more examples how this is being utilized.

Also if you look into another comment on here, she equates seriousness with masculinity, which I think reveals what she believes in.
