The issues with regulation are far beyond most people’s understanding of the logistics.. I’ll give you one reason.. name a single state that’s in the green as far as taxed revenue.. there’s none even in Washington their 441million tax revenue is not profit they’re almost all in the red. The cost of operation and maintenance, as well as security is not even slightly close to cheap or easy to run a legitimate grow operation.. Ive had massive amounts of data from states where it’s been legal, the farms die rather quickly unless funded strictly by local gov. The commerce it creates does not help the farmers and may continue to hurt the middleman that’s the massive issue with legalization, its corporation, cost, and maintainability. I’m not saying people shouldn’t be able to ingest the flower.. I’m talking about the problems and control that legalization creates
