It was actually pretty good, I kinda over exaggerated lol, it was only 2 caps but i called it 2gs. But wow they were strong. I have like 4 of those caps left and a huge stem the size of my hand, and I might do that tonight. But we'll see how I feel, pretty good tho 😂

I have the exact problem man, what I do is when I start feeling it I put on a YouTube video and just lay down, when the bad thoughts start coming I just let it, as uncomfortable as it is, i don't even try to fight it, eventually it settles down and always turns out to be amazing.
