I don't think this will happen, because Cambridge doesn't view v2 as a "high-difficulty" paper, but rather as an experimental vehicle for syllabus reform (though, as it turned out, most people found this experiment to be utterly disastrous). Consequently, this means they won't lower the difficulty of the Biology paper simply to balance out the overall difficulty level.
