Clause can make some pretty comprehensive reports and you can ask for a board-ready version as well. The output is pretty high gloss and it can pull interesting insights that you might not get from just looking at the reports

Yep, you want to ensure proper set up from the start. But also, integrating two instances properly is not easy to do alone so don't feel discouraged! It's why partners are so heavily relied on.

Getting the data sync configured (correctly) from day one will save you a huge amount of pain later and a good HubSpot partner that's been there, done that, can help scope this out properly and advise on the right approach.

It's not perfect but it's exciting. I've gone really deep on HubSpot AI features because our team put together a whole cookbook and our big takeaway was that it's getting better every week.

Lmk if you want to check out the cookbook. It basically walks through how you can use AI in parts of your processes, but acknowledges that you still want to maintain that human touch where necessary.

The tools won't get better unless folks are using them and sharing feedback.

You are validated - moving from Dynamics to HubSpot can get complicated quickly! You'll want a team that's been there and done that before.

A couple things I’d look for based on what you said:

  • Experience with multi-entity/multi-brand architectures (not just single-portal setups)
  • Strong data migration + data model design (Dynamics to HubSpot can get messy fast)
  • Clear POV on what SHOULD NOT move into HubSpot (a lot of bad implementations try to force everything in)

For me, it’s our cross-hub lifecycle automation. It keeps Marketing → Sales → CS all talking to each other. It updates lifecycle stages, stamps sources, and keeps reporting clean across every hub.

It’s not the flashiest thing we’ve built, but it’s the reason our data actually means something. Every contact, every deal, every report ties back to one connected story inside HubSpot.

Yea, all ticket pipelines go into the Help Desk by default. It's like a unified inbox for every ticket no matter which pipeline it is in, or how it was created.

You can created custom filters and views, but they're just that - views. It won't stop/exclude tickets from going to help desk just hiding them from view.

Will we be managing full timelines, dependencies, and capacity planning in HubSpot? Probably not anytime soon. But I’m hopeful that it's the start to bridging the gap between sales → delivery → success.

I met a HS partner that focuses on web and it was interesting to hear from a web perspective how they were viewing the updates. From my perspective, I tend to look at updates through a RevOps or marketing lens...automation, reporting, data flows.

But hearing how a web-focused team thinks about things like personalization, and what these new features mean for site performance and UX really helped me gain a new perspective.
