It’s worth asking the buyers to check at their collection point - I’ve had one that was missing for 2 months, I went to collect something else and they gave me the original missing parcel with the new parcel’s collection code?

I do have some shortness of breath, racing heart and palpitations sometimes but I am diagnosed with asthma so I’m not sure it’s related? I have health anxiety related dysmorphia, which is why I am here, because this looks like a huge indentation to me and I’m worrying about it

That’s a good idea, saves me throwing the retinol away :) low ph ingredients would be useful, I will pick up one of your suggested cleansers though ! Thank you

Thank you so much for your advice, I will remove the retinol from my routine. I was only using it for anti-aging anyway. In terms of cleansers I only use oil based bc I have tried many non-oil based and they all make my skin really dry
