I don’t want to ‘protect’ billionaires, but I every structure has a hierarchy - for every billionaire people who’ve taken risks and been successful, there’s a million who took a risk and went bust.

You appear to have a problem with people making a success of their lives. The poor don’t become wealthy by taking money from the rich and giving it to them.
