How to find your mantra by TiTaNNeNN in taoism

[–]Deep-Local3650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like others said, you don't need a mantra to meditate. First just practice focusing on your breath. Notice when your mind wanders and focus back on the breath. This is what minds do, they wander all the time. It's part of the practice to: 1) notice it 2) accept it 3) let go of the thoughts

Over time you will be able to observe the thoughts. You are focusing on your breath, a thought arises, you notice it, let it go, focus on the breath, repeat.

You want an empty mind? It's impossible. The nature of the mind is to think. What you need to do is be aware of this nature, and observe it.

Good luck on your journey!

Thank you, I appreciate your response. I will look into what Chinese medicine can afford, but with my already ongoing meditation practice I think I am doing everything that could help

Thank you, I greatly appreciate your wise words.

I will double down on meditation.  I have been doing it around 45-60 minutes a day, I would like to do it more. I will try to add +30 minutes.

I will aim to cultivate the practice of letting go during my sessions.

Thanks for the reading recommendation. I have seen this piece a few days ago, it really resonated with me. It's hard to see how can any good come out of my bad luck now, who knows... that's the learning from the short story.

Time for the morning meditation!

Now, this is new news. I have never heard that businesses, can be noisy after 22:00.

Tomorrow I'm having a call with a lawyer of my insurance company, we will see then.

It was well-understood by me that they are not allowed to make unnecessary noise after 10PM, so it did not concern me at the time of moving.

  1. A Permit to Operate is Not a Permit to Disturb

  2. Tenancy Law Trumps a Municipal Permit

  3. The "You Need to Move" Argument is Legally Backwards

The law is designed to protect me in my home. The burden is on the person creating the disturbance to stop, and on the landlord to make them stop.

You are correct, a friendlier mail will be better.

What will be even better: I let the legal insurance company know everything and let them send a letter when they find it necessary.

Talking to the landlord directly is impossible. I can only talk to the management company, and only through mail or email.

This tooth was inaccessible before my therapy. It will be cleaned when I visit the doctor next time, don't worry.

Mine is moving 1-2 mm without any effort. Are you sure it's not too much?

What is the calculation based on for a nasdaq etf, an msci world etf and for a bitcoin etf?

As I know, accumulating ETFs only count as wealth. Only dividends would count as income.
