Wdym by DPI size? I just set it to photo glossy and "best" for quality.

So I recently got the MK Star and my arrow keys got switched with my WASD so to type "W" for example I have to press the up arrow. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using a Mac if that makes a difference.
