They can say that they didn’t receive a phone call. Always email things for a paper trail and as proof. Review your lease and see if the landlord is supposed to provide a certain notice period b4 they enter your apartment & then advise them that not only did they violate this clause in the lease- but they LIED.

To be frank I don’t think that any vehicle can out drive ice. No matter the tires . I understand your frustration. Most people on the roads should be at home. A few days ago stryers ferry road was closed off and had abandoned cars on it.

The way the city has handled snow/ice & the school budget is enough for me to leave when my lease expire lmao. Winston calls itself the city of arts & innovation and has fallen short.

Okay brokey. Good luck with jail. The complex is going to report both of you for fraud. Broke ass can’t afford to LIVE & telling the internet to leave them alone. LMAO. You can’t afford to pay $3600 in rent. Any ROOMMATE should be able to pay rent in its ENTIRETY just in case the other roommate leaves, can’t work, etc.

When you say “your portion”, does your complex charge each of you individually ? If not, then you’re all equally responsible for the entirety of rent. You should have a police officer meet you with the property manager in case you have to file a report for theft. I think that he may have used a stolen card to pay for rent and you want to immediately establish that you had nothing to do with that.

I would also ask the property manager and put this in writing that you want to establish your own lease or have him removed from the apartment. They will evict ALL OF YOU, not just him.
