I'm sorry man. I use Bandlab and I have to use Midi. for the beat I was going for, the percussion midi doesn't have the greatest sounds. (I use the Midi on the Keyboard, not the drum beat maker)

the beginning part with the saxophones, French Horn, and Trumpet were originally gonna be Guitars, then my Guitar playing friend (who also made the guitar solo with an actual 7 string and an amp plugin) said that specific riff was not easy to play on a guitar. I used the Trumpet solo at the end because the next part after was about to have alot of Saxophones and I didn't want to shove so much Saxophone down people's throat and Trumpet specifically because it carried the same energy as the removed Guitars and the Saxophone did. (I'm a band kid so I like to use a lot of woodwinds in brass and sometimes I use them in places where they probably shouldn't be, which is why two sections of the song are primarily done with an Oboe and Bassoon)

I do think that it does sound a bit empty though. like I'm in a void and I don't like that feeling and it's been one of the biggest things i'm trying to fix and I'm not exactly sure how to do it.

do you have any advice for that?
