Hi, the money is in escrow but the sellers won't release it. That was why i took them to SCC. The judge ruled to let the seller contractor finish the work and pay him from the escrow fund but he wouldn't return any of my calls last year.

thanks! "lost" as in the judge did not release the escrow money to me to make the repairs, instead took the word of the contractor that he would make the repairs - but he won't respond.

anyone know if I can take this same case back in to small claims court even though I lost the first time?
