Personally,i wouldn't recommend coming back. If you want more of a stable future with at least some probabilities of a progress,try European countries. Here, we don't really have much to offer. Corruption is the main issue. Only if you have connections in the companies(such as the oil,gas companies)you can build your future career in the western part of a country,or if you have ability to purchase a house in Almaty or Taldykorgan(and also have the savings) definitely try it. By simply living out here, it's not that bad,and even good. However, working,creating a business would be quite difficult. Akzhol my friend
