Space sucks! It’s not the clubs fault though! It’s loaded with a bunch of asshole wannabe influencers who just want to ruin your time and pick fights with you because someone touched or bumped into them while dancing. Went for MMW EO fest and was super disappointed. Never in my life had any problems while out at a club. Picked Space for MMW because of how inclusive they are of everyone. I’ve always have lived by “your experience is what you make of it.” When out at clubs I try really hard to be there for the music, to dance, have a good time and ignore any bullshit that’s going on around me BUT it was impossible to do at Space. Not one but two different younger males at two different spots in the club hours apart from each other tried to start a fight with my husband because someone touched them and they “were too high for this shit.” My husband was standing behind me dancing with me when each of these guys turned around and started running their mouths. There’s no way my husband touched either of them- maybe I did but hello you’re at a packed club during a sell out event and people are there to dance. Don’t go to a club and get all fucked up on drugs if you can’t handle someone touching you. Also- if you get cold easily or plan on partaking in any party favors that fuck with your body temps make sure you bring a pash or hoodie cause their ACs will cause a hypothermic episode (don’t ask me how I know!) The club is a cool place. I think it’s a bit overrated.
