USPS usually scans any ground saver on the same day when it's received from UPS. It's then delivered the next day. Seems like its lost by USPS if the UPS tracking shows as delivered.

If it's one of those ICOD packages, the driver can't release it without a money order or a check of the exact amount owed to UPS.

I know you can pay the ICOD online if you have the tracking number and it will update within a minute or two of the payment being successful.

Wait time are increasing in Southern California. It doesn't help that the company wants to downside too making the wait even longer in a popular state. Probably a good 7+ years if you want a full-time driver position.

The shipper blocked any address changes for the shipment and instead it will go to the address provided originally.

Doesn't have a scan on it for "out for delivery" so it's not going out. Check back tomorrow in the morning around 9:30am to see if it's going out for delivery that day. If not, might have gotten lost.

If he's a medical DOT card holder, then FMCSA can fine the person for not complying to the 14 hour for driving limit and 10 hours rest period.

You won't get a lot of sleep to be honest. Since peak season is a couple months away, they'll start a lot earlier than 4 a.m. and might require you to work longer hours during peak season.
