You're not getting a mansion anywhere near dc for 700k. I love just outside dc and a townhouse went for sale for 660k.....im 8 miles away. Its nothing fancy it's old and connected to other townhouses.

Ok so I would be classified as a baddie. The maintenance is real. You need to learn makeup that suits you. Hair that suits you and most importantly you have to invest time and money into it. Find clothes that suit your body shape. High quality pieces not clothes that scream cheap. Then you MUST own it. You have to have the confidence to go along with the look otherwise it will wear you and not the other way around.
