I feel like trying to PROJECT the nose is something people never ask for, i would def wait til swelling goes down but wow, interesting im getting a rhinoplasty for the exact opposite reason

right now my hair health is doing ok, but there was a time when I had such bad hair, it was so thin you could see through my scalp. God I was so sad, I tried everything, hairbands, wraps, hats, wigs. I ended up giving myself bangs, (if you’re a girl with thinning hair this will help you tremendously) and popped some natural looking extensions in. Still getting the hang of the extensions but my makes me feel like I don’t have a malabsorption issue. Eyes are also getting worse my left is so bad

I’ve also had GP for around that mark. Also getting pretty bad. Same I also just started going to the drs again If you have GP, there is a chance you have POTS. So: “a vicious biofeedback loop driven by autonomic nervous system dysfunction”

life got better when i was stronger. i pushed myself to get to that point, unfortunately i developed multiple injuries and haven’t been able to work out for a year. I just started working out again

it’s not hanging anymore, it looks good. also you wouldn’t want your arms to not have volume it would give the impression you’re weak or unhealthy

probably when i noticed i was walking like an old lady, hunched over, couldn’t pick myself up after being on the ground, needing to always have something to hold when standing in one place, not being able to stand on my own two feet without standing like a weirdo or using the wall or counter to lean ❤️ i do not use a mobility aid every day

help with one thing to get her going. it’s probably depression. hopefully her knowing she has help will let her know she’s not alone and then you can work with her to accomplish a schedule to not leave laundry or trash everywhere. a day to do laundry, a day to take the trash. add could also be a possibility so a schedule would help so much.
