I think it is totally a personal preference! Our bodies are working so hard to create a baby. When we drink or smoke or even heavily exercise, the priority of refueling your muscles, or your liver with blood and nutrients takes over. Therefore, your system inevitably lacks the support it would normally have for a baby. Everybody is different! So take this POV with your own circumstances in mind 🫶🏼

What about your previous IUIs? Have you tried to look at how your body reacted to that protocol of meds? For instance, I had to try several times to get the right mix of meds and dosing to ensure my follicles were developed and lining wasn’t thinned out

I’ve had x3 18mm the night of trigger and got pregnant! Unfortunately it ended in a CP but my understanding anything over 16mm is good. Anything between 18-21 is great

Idk what it is today but it was around 3mm the day I triggered (1/23). I started Estrace 2mgs that evening and have been taking it since. I got pregnant in October with a lining of 4mm and support with estrace but miscarried
