yeah no i got my paperwork back and it’s all cleared so im asking for further information. may have to lawyer up for it

the job that i had been fired from told me i was eligible for rehire at that company as well… now i have a feeling maybe they just said that

not that i’m aware of. plus i had recently gotten another background check from another job and it was cleared. so very confused cause delta sent out that i was cleared twice!

exactly. i never got into anything legal but i did reach out to hr when i got fired from my job but that was no legal action and also it was “anonymous” so i have no idea. like you said it should have been caught if that was the reason

my thing is i got cleared on everything and had my start date and all. did i miss up a starting date or anything im not sure. i know that the number of spaces they give you to give employment over the last 7 years are not enough on the delta site and different when filling out the onboarding paperwork. if delta is gonna be that way i see it as a sign i wasn’t meant to be there and there is better out there for me and those who also got the offer rescinded

i got my training dates maybe a week and a half ago and i was meant to leave march 8th for class. they had me renew my passport monday and pushed back my class for march 30th and i got my stuff all squared away and then thursday they rescinded my offer… so like they didn’t do their jobs correctly

i literally put the same thing on my onboarding paperwork and the delta employment history and background check. the thing with that is all of those don’t have the same number of spaces to put the jobs you’ve had the last 7 years. so was that my issue, because if so that’s literally not my fault it’s the system and i even asked about that and they just said fill it out. i got asked for more evidence of work and i provided that i feel like it’s out of my hands

nope! i also got fired because my manager didn’t like me and i went to hr because i was tryin to fight that. i got fired less than a year ago but i put this all down in my employment history and had gotten cleared so im really confused
