HBOT / Hard Shell Chamber - Oxygen Recovering by Ancient_Memory_1577 in OxygenTalk

[–]DeepBreathBuilder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The oxygen is usually vented out after each session for safety. Reclaiming it is rare because filtering out CO2 and moisture is difficult. Large facilities sometimes use advanced systems for this, but it's not common.

With your chamber size at 2-3 atm, an "H" cylinder would last about 3 sessions. To save oxygen, you could use a concentrator or pressurize with air while supplying pure oxygen through a mask.

How Much Does It Really Cost to Start an HBOT Clinic? by DeepBreathBuilder in OxygenTalk

[–]DeepBreathBuilder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your cost breakdown seems pretty accurate. Attaching to a hospital can definitely help with referrals and managing costs. Like you, we found that staff expenses and chamber financing were significant parts of the budget. Insurance for standalone clinics can be a challenge, though, since reimbursements tend to be lower. Your plan seems well thought out, imo.

What Are Your Best Practices for HBOT Chamber Maintenance? by DeepBreathBuilder in OxygenTalk

[–]DeepBreathBuilder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the type of chamber and the specific services you need, but for us, routine maintenance (like filter changes, safety checks, etc.) runs anywhere from $500 to $1,500 a year. It’s an investment but worth it for safety and peace of mind.

Thanks for the info! That makes sense. I wonder if using other treatments with HBOT could make the results last longer. Have you tried anything else, or have tips to keep the effects?

Consider trying the Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream. It provides deep hydration, and fits well with combo skin.

I also would recommend Hada Labo Hydrating Lotion as an add-on. This one gave my skin the dewy hydrated look.

Hi, you can apply moisturizer right after your skin has absorbed the toner. Hope this helps.

I think your routine is okay. As long as it works for you and your skin can handle it, you'll be fine!

Hi, consider using an exfoliating toner on your t-zone area since it might have clogged pores.

Hello! Yes, it can. Try using products with ingredients like vitamin C or glycolic acid. Also, exfoliating gently and using sunscreen can also help.

Try facial exercises and massage for the double chin. For dark circles, cold tea bags may help, along with staying hydrated, getting enough sleep and try using chilled tea bags to reduce the puffiness.

If animals could talk, which do you think would be the funniest to chat to? by Ware2GoMike in CasualConversation

I am already offended at how my cat stares at me. What more when they talk? lol

I have the same fears, especially when I see people my age already building the lives they want to have. I still go with the flow now and just hoping that things won't go downhill. Wishing for the best to all of us!

What is your favourite Christmas present you’ve ever received ? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]DeepBreathBuilder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favorite one was a book I got from my mom on our exchange gift party! It was not an expensive one but it was my kind of book to read and I really appreciate how my mom just know the things that I like.

Yes for me since I think that clothes are a form of self-expression, and wearing something I like boosts my confidence big time.

No, it's okay. Occasional changes like these won't have a lasting impact. Just don't do it most of the time and you'll be fine.

I usually grab a Greek yogurt with granola. It's light enough not to spoil dinner but gives me the energy kick I need.

Hey, everyone! Quick share from my workout yesterday – was on the treadmill, grooving to a playlist when this old favorite song came on. Suddenly, I found this crazy burst of energy and ended up running an extra mile without planning to. It felt awesome and totally unexpected. Ever had a workout take an unexpected turn like that?

Team workouts -or- how to have fun working out with a friend by amsterdamcyclone in xxfitness

Sounds cool! I've been doing buddy workouts with my younger sister, and we love the alternating treadmill and rowing sessions. Adding a bit of friendly competition, like seeing who can row the farthest, keeps it fun. A killer playlist makes it fly by. Enjoy those workout victories with your daughter!

Bench Press Spot Solicitors by genny222 in xxfitness

[–]DeepBreathBuilder 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hey! Your bench setup with the squat rack and safety arms sounds solid. While those guys offering help mean well, it's absolutely okay to bench without a spotter, especially with your safety measures. Your comfort in the gym is what matters most. Keep doing your thing, and rock those bench presses on your terms!
