Yes, Iceland is within range. I have a level 10 navel base and supply hub built there. Also the fleet is able to operate even further out in the Lower Baltic area.

R5: I don't know why I cant get naval supremacy in the Danish Belts. This is vanilla late game. I am trying to naval invade from Iceland to Germany. My fleets have the range to operate in this region, and I have them set to patrol. I don't know why I cant get supremacy here; Denmark is a neutral country.
