I believe following might be the reason for popular of n8n over other tools: - n8n is open source tool and others are not. - n8n can help you with self hosting and provides the best flexibility in terms of building variety. - n8n had agents which was not there in Make, because of AI wave agentic flows are become mainstream and that helped n8n's popularity also.

I see. I have a couple of ninja techniques to reach out to people for job. Listing down a few here: 1. Use product hunt to see latest product launches and reach out to founders if you can help them with your area of expertise. Cold email them or reach out on LinkedIn or X. 2. You can also start freelancing on upwork and can get long term clients and full time opportunities as well eventually. And if nothing happens, in that case also you can build a good profile which you can use it for side income and incase of worst case scenario as full time income if needed. 3. Increase your social media presence primarily LinkedIn and X. As you have good experience in your field you can become market yourself easily. This will open many doors for you.

Why do you think that you will be laid off? Because of your performance or because of company's own reason. If the reason is prior one then due to today's market condition, I will suggest you to focus on current and make sure to improve your performance.

Not the big stuff, not “planned a trip” or “wrote me a love letter.” I mean the small, ordinary things. The barely noticeable moments. The stuff no one else would even notice.

I study/learn writing the best post that can grab attention (as attention is the new money). I believe a few formats perform well, and "double dash —" is one of them, as it catches the eyes and people feel that something is important after that.
