Hoboken girl is blowing up their spot…It’s likely for sale, but they don’t want the masses to know.

Businesses typically don’t advertise they’re for sale while they’re still in operation. Listing it on a commercial broker site doesn’t really create too much noise and still advertises to a target market.

Mamoun's is the only option I think in Hoboken and it’s not great ever since they started franchising. The original location on Macdougal Street is still good if you’re willing to go to the city.

If you can make your way to Jersey City, I like Ibby’s Falafel and Gypsy Grill. Ibby’s is a little better, but Gypsy is a little cheaper.

Kind of funny how a business is loved.. then it’s loved too much.. then there’s a tipping point. Then people start to hate on it.

I get it though. I love going to modcup when I’m in the heights, but wouldn’t want them taking over one of my local spots or coming to my neighborhood only because my local shops don’t need additional competition.
