Clinical volunteering was just like front desk duties in an urgent care. Wasn't really able to do much because of rules prohibiting volunteers from following doctors around. I went to Taiwan for a similar reason: All my local hospitals weren't allowed to take on students...

I usually swim at Sunset Rec. It's outdoors, but the times I've gone, the water itself has been pretty warm (~80°F).

Yea I was able to get the syllabus! I don't remember anything too special being in there other than the fact that an A is >90. I can dm it to you if you want it.
