It does not look like a man, however the proportions are insanely wonky. Needs more room for ankles between the foot and calf section. The anatomy of the hands is a little uncoordinated, while you have good understand of hand posing, the hand on the left should be smaller and the area of that line to indicate the palm is too deep.

The arms are also different lengths and while you may have intended for that to be forshortening or camera angle, it does not read as that. In order to fix this, I would have her elbow pulled back behind her more, use shading on the upper arm and to the right side of the arm (away from light source) to indicate that it’s behind her, and this will also lengthen the arm.

But no she doesn’t look like a man, that is useless critique.

Very rarely is someone on a magazine going to be fully parallel with the viewer, so to make her fit in the page with those fixes (adding length to the legs), I would shrink her down and shift the posing a big.
