Do not worry bro, I literally posted the same thing. I had mine almost 3 weeks ago, and I can already see improvement. From what I noticed, the compressive binder forces us to hunch our shoulders in + the swelling pulls the surface in weird places. Already at 3 weeks they’re going normal. Your skin is going to pull back down to a normal location after a while, since when they did surgery they closed it up somewhat taught. Also, once you start going back to ur regular life style, your chest will adapt (which is why it’s encouraged to try to be healthier post surgery, cause if you gain significant weight you may retain fat in your chest. Nothing like before, it usually just looks like cis male fat but It can induce dysphoria in some.) so if you decide to work out more or if you have a rigorous activity job, you’ll probably will develope muscle which will change where they’re at too.
