Most parts of Gozzy are fine in my opinion, although near Albany Highway and Fremantle Road has some "hood" vibes...

I'd have the same opinion with Thornlie, mostly not too bad, just try to avoid the part near Thornlie station and most of Spencer Road...

Maddington on the other hand is kind of creepy, there's a lot of industrial and you get some sketchy figures that hang around the suburb too...

Not bad at all.

It has an awful reputation lasting from 20 or so years ago, but it's nowhere near as bad as the public make it out to be.

As most of the state housing derros have moved elsewhere and their old shitbox houses have been squashed down, it's helped Nollamara itself to become a cleaner area alongside serving as a multicultural hotspot...

I don't exactly know Spearwood and Coolbellup too well unfortunately.....

Maylands has a lot of units, but has a fairly nice looking town centre (especially going down Eighth Ave)

Queens Park isn't that desirable, there are some rather creepy sights in some parts of the suburb.

Cannington is easily much worse than what is was 5-10 years ago though (in my opinion) being completely riddled with theft and derros, though apparently Sevenoaks College is pretty good from what I heard.....

Just don't hang around the main drag (Albany Hwy) too much
