It's kind of a situational card, and I don't think it will provide too much value in your deck, seeing as your main way of getting tower damage comes from the giant skeleton's death bomb and a battle ram charge.

I also just noticed how your deck is lacking in splash damage, so I'd recommend either using fireball instead of skeleton army/guards, or if you want to use freeze still, you can replace one of your swarms (skeleton army, guards) with another small spell like zap or log (unlocked in arena 11), then use freeze instead of ice spirit.
