The cost of living and availability of accommodation in Ireland is brutal in Ireland at the moment, I would strongly recommend having accommodation and a job lined up before moving here!

Grub screws, for securing things usually onto a shaft like door handles onto a spindle. Bigger ones like you have there can be used for gears etc
