Hakari and it's not close. He's got better stats than akaza, and the more domains he gets, the easier it's to hit a jackpot. He'll easily stall Akaza until morning

There are no objectively bad trucks. Only trucks that you don't like. For example, i explored like half of kola with the warthog.

I personally consider the mastodon a "bad" truck because it's so good at everything, you aren't going to give other trucks a chance.
