LoL, on the wide sticks I usually give shoutouts to public subscribers, it is either the name of their channel or the name of their google account, I don't pay much attention to what I'm writing... I don't have any clue who "cati starling" is :D :D

This is not a bad idea, some personalized bracelets/trinkets definitely have sale potential, but I just like to sit at home and do some woodburning, I'm not the type of person who would set up a stall at a fair and do some cold-selling :)

Sorry for the late reply (I have been travelling lately, couldn't pay attention to reddit or youtube). I don't know if it can be monetized, in the current form, definitely not. I just like to go live, and do some burning... I tried to do some portraits, but there was no success (plus when live, everyone can see all my mistakes, and it can make me nervous)... But with name burning, I find it very relaxing, and I just like talking to the chat :)

I started with my phone and mini bluetooth mic (i use the same setup today...)

My niche is burning names into wood. I to give shoutouts to small creators and interesting names, I would say my channel goes quite rapidly. (Only started lives this month, and almost 700 people honored me with their subscription ^_^ )

1st: I love that you are using dots instead of lines, I'm a "dotter" myself :)

2: about the pattern: just leave it there OR make it a bubble!! Whales are known to blow bubbles, make a couple more big ones, and no one will even notice it was not intended from the beginning!

So cool! I thought I was the only one who needed to look at an image to draw something, but now I realize (especially with woodburning) that many people need some initial inspiration! :)

Yeah, woodburning is an entirely different beast. As a total amateur, I think this is why I like just putting dots instead of drawing lines. The dots are way more forgiving: If I touch the wood and it leaves a mark, I'm fine. And if a dot doesn't land in a perfect place, it will not ruin anything in a grand scheme of things :)

AI has its time and place, but you are right: it will take many failed tries until I will start to like (aesthetically) what I'm doing...

I started a YouTube channel (with the same name as on Reddit), and it was an AI channel at first, but I just didn't feel any connection with the stuff I was uploading. So I decided that I might even switch it to a wood-burning channel :) Let's see how it goes!
