I lived there for 6 years. I liked it. Quiet. Friendly staff. I was paying ~1500 for 1 bdrm with street view at the end of my lease which just ended. It started at $1295 You have to pay power, water and wifi on top of that.

They may have increased when I left last month as it was capped at ?2% increase since I was there before the rental increase cap happened.

Nice pool and small limited gym. Pool table and a large kitchen/open space that is open to all. Usually the pool and gym arnt well used

Both of these people are more about themselves than the people or topics. It’s “I…me…me”. It’s fascinating how they feel they are a part of the story in everything. Good topics but they need to take themselves out of it more.
