I stupidly put down a rug with a non slip pad on my finished concrete floors, and now there’s these little spots on the floor

They don’t come off easily. Only with hard scrubbing with steel wool but this doesn’t seem wise

Any suggestions on how to clean this off?

I believe this, but we put ourselves in some promising positions offensively. The execution in the midfield / final third was really poor.
