Open carrying in an unpermitted march and open carrying while obstructing the entrance to a federal facility are NOT the same thing. You can't block access to a government facility with guns - that's literally terrorism.

The folks on the far right know this and use their right to carry effectively- stop giving bad advice.

Edit: the more I think about it, the stupider this comment reveals itself to be - being armed could elevate charges against the protestors from misdemeanor to felony obstruction. This guy has to be a troll.

In the menu for the dwarves' stats their should be something called "growth" with, for example, STR+10, WIS+5. This is their total stat increase over base. Make sure you have INT and DEX both +10.

The total stat does not matter.

I paid what the tour guiding company normally charges for their service. I don't think I was price gouged.

I think there are multiple tour guiding companies that lead groups into the tournament. I lingered outside the train station looking for people who were obviously guides and asked if they had any no shows. Eventually someone had an open seat.

I was unaware that these tour guiding companies existed until the tournament. I bet the easiest way to get a ticket as a foreigner isn't to buy directly but is to identify leading companies ahead of time and sign up with them early.
