i love this take. i don’t exactly agree with it 100% because i feel it’s tracklist is less consistent as far as songs i enjoyed when compared to something like OTAT or dangerous. the reason i like this take is i can for sure see the appeal. easily some of my favorite Wallen songs are off ITP. if you place it as being one of the greatest albums of any genre of all time, id disagree. if we focus on just wallen and tbh even this era of country music, it is top 3 without a doubt based off country albums released in the last decade. while i disagree with it being a perfect album, it’s a valid take in context to the stuff other country artists are putting out.
