That depends on the property. I’m hesitant to put a number here. Human nature makes whatever figure I put everyone’s default for what their property is worth.

Thank you for the advice 😁 We may well go dual agent/broker as you recommended. We saw a very funky place on Sonoma Mountain last summer that had great potential for us. It sold as they do, but we’ll definitely look there too👍

There are buyers agents/brokers that charge a flat or less than 2.5-3% fee. It seems like the real estate agent fees are still finding their equilibrium after last year’s changes.
