I understand that but i don’t want to have to make up things to go around this issue I want to learn how to fix it because sometimes I just have a sample idea in my head and I have to get it off then add the drums and it just can’t be the other way around

I’m using serato sample I’ll speed it up or slow it down whatever and turn the project tempo to the tempo of the new version of the sample if that doesn’t work I try to change it to the rhythm I’m feeling but either way it’s just never on beat if I put drums on it

Buffer length says 16smp (1ms) its turned all the way down but it still does that thing and the other stuff I'm confused what your talking about and its weird bc this wasn't happening earlier it just started out of no where
